I was born and raised in Thessaloniki. I graduated from the Arsakeio School of Thessaloniki and continued her studies at Middlesex University in London, from where she graduated in 2004.

My studies were completed with a master's degree at City University, London, where I specialized in child and adolescent mental health.

At the same time, I worked in Pronoia hostels that accommodated minors.
Returning to Thessaloniki, I did various collaborations with private and public bodies (Hippokrate, ACHEPA). At the same time I taught in private and public IEK as well as colleges.

Throughout my studies and until today, I attended many seminars both in Great Britain and in Greece. In 2017 I completed the training in creative counseling through psychodrama.
I work in my private office in the center of Thessaloniki, providing live sessions as well as online. I love my profession, I love people and I am interested in offering them a safe environment to trust me and know that someone accepts them completely so that they can unfold their thoughts and feelings.
