The company was founded in 1993 by Mr. Argyrakis Ioannis, an insurance agent, and today it is an independent company providing insurance and financial services, with an emphasis on quality customer service and continuous growth. In 2007, it was transformed into a Limited Liability Insurance Agency Company.

Its executives are professional insurance consultants, who have successfully completed their studies in the insurance programs of the University of Macedonia and I.H.O.S., (Institute of Financial Studies) and have long-term experience in insurance of all branches, as well as investment products (with corresponding certification from the KEK of the Athens Stock Exchange). He is a member of the Association of Agents of Northern Greece.
