"Alpha Gefsi" was founded in 1998 based in Katerini and aims to produce traditional salads, such as Tyrokauteri with Feta PDO cheese, Tzatziki with Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Kopanismeni with Feta PDO cheese and Red Peppers and many more special recipes.

With respect to tradition and devotion to quality, we have expanded our range with other fine delicacies, such as Hummus, Yogurt with Feta and Sun-dried Tomato, Cream Cheese with Feta and Strained Yogurt.
